They are on the sidelines...lol It ain't like they are offering you any opportunities, unless it is to buy a training program from them which will teach you all about being patient and waiting for a crash...:) 

I just worry about the safety and inconvenience of the tenant in the lower unit. 

The market is very hot in the Hampton Roads are, but there are plenty of opportunities if you are patient.

Be patient and wait until you have enough time at the job.

Stay patient and spend as much time as you can sharpening the axe.

It also enhances safety.

I’ve been nice and patient because we are converting the garage into an ADU... so im around the house the past month.

I say this because she claims everything as a safety issue.

One of CGI’s properties (another major player) is located near UCLA, making it a prime location to accommodate hospital patients, health care workers and students.

That already helps me feel calmer and more patient.
