You'd probably be looking at a buffalo grass or a blue grama out in Utah I'd guess.

If you're following path of progress, just keep following the blue line.

Use the proceeds of the sale of the home as a downpayment on a multi in a neighboring blue collar, working class town, and get a 30 yr mortgage on it, live there until you can afford to buy a private home in a better town. 

Keeps guests from staining your towels and wash cloths with makeup.I buy sets of dark grey or navy blue washcloths from Target for guests to use for makeup removal or extra dirty hands.

So unless you plan to renovate with some paint, new flooring, etc and get rid of those blue walls, don't plan on getting much more simply because of the competition in that small neighborhood of Phoenix. 

Our neighborhood is 80% blue collar workers to paint the picture so not sure which landscape would appeal most to the tenants.

Adult movies and a blue ray player, scoped pellet gun with starling bait, suit of armor, kegorator, life size Marilyn Monroe picture stand up display, periodic tables of beer styles/sex/meat, deer antler collection, firepit, horse shoe pit, the list goes on.  

As you can see from the red vs the blue, the amount sold and the yearly sales cycle has stayed consistent since 1997 for the most part.

Everyone wants to live here, but with the ocean on 3 sides we are running out of land.
