There are property management companies, but looks like I have to sign up for a full service to do the annual inspection.

The transaction was a little complicated because the buyer was a group formed by an investor owning a 40% interest in the subject property (my partner and I were the managing partners of the current owner entity and 60% owners.

Can anyone tell me if they know of any good realtors, property management companies, contractors, handymen in south bend?

The way we do it is a first mortgage at 75% so that lowers the LLPA to about half, then do a 10% second mortgage out of our portfolio.
