I can't see why I hear people complaining about the property taxes in TX while the insurance is more than my property taxes in a "non-luxury house" in NJ, in the suburbs/rural area.

@Dennis M.Understandable, and I agree that in general, a lower price point is the norm in the rental business (especially in Erie) and with the renter demographic in general; excluding luxury and short-term renters.

I had my handyman and his assistant guy do it (they charge by the hour which I prefer) and it came out way cheaper and they did a great job (it was luxury vinyl - Armstrong Vivero Better Integralock) (the instillation seriously came out to around $1 SQFT.).
