Going to listen to that podcast today and follow this post!

Good evening everyone, I've been listening to the podcast for two years now and finally created an account today.

I've listened to the podcasts daily for the past few weeks (since finding BP) and love all the knowledge that is shared here.

In the last month I have read and listened to anything and everything I can get my hands on.

There's a ton of other books out there (and if you listen to the podcasts you'll get a few new recommendations with every episode) but this one has so helpful for me I thought I'd mention it.Also start learning our market here.

Every area is a little different, YMMV.If I'm in your shoes and can wholesale it for a quick profit, that's what I would do - lots of downside risk based on things you'll learn with time. 

Been listening to the podcasts a lot lately and I'm excited to jump in!  

I knew I was an entrepreneur but I didn't listen to my inner voice and learned more in trenches of business that in all my years of former education combined. 

In the mean time, listen to the podcasts, read everything you can find in regards to wholesaling and investing.  

Found the BP podcast and started listening.
