Is the center not in good condition?

They are trying to get a new buyer to subsidize their kid’s life... not your job.

Greetings, I'm Sean Vitale and I found my way to BP through Mister Money Moustache on a search for financial freedom. 6 months ago I had no financial plans and I almost bought a single family home with no understanding of what that meant for my life or how it factored into the big picture. 

The guy probably does have something going on in his life but that's his loss and your gain

My suspicion is that you are overpriced if your listing has quality pictures, marketing exposure on all of the “big” websites, and the overall condition is average or better.

What is the max limit your PM can spend without your permission (non-life emergency)? 

@Zachary Negron No matter the condition, there's almost always a price at which a purchase makes sense - even if the home needs a complete demo and ground-up build. 

when I did retail real estate I suspect I only worked with 20% of the people I came into contact with the rest I just knew it was going to be frustrating for both parties but what I like about my clients most have become life long either friends investors etc.. 

I grew up in Maine and aside from about 10 years for college/early career, I've lived here my entire life. 

It was 17 units, and the property was in pretty good condition for the area.
