I do feel like there is likely intentionally little information on the website, and it is so new that even reviews are more of a "here's what it is" versus thorough good and bad of it.Obviously, every avenue is worth exploring, but since they are an "investor" in your property now, I have a feeling when it comes time to fund, your clients will get far less money than they think.

Your GF can pay that amount off easily in a few years if she chooses to do so.When you get married, you both can start investing together, consolidate those loans and come up with a plan perhaps from the proceeds of your investment to pay off that debt...Invest in Real Estate if that was initial intention for your savings, that would not be a bad investment.

Other lenders with lower repeat business find it's more profitable to just sell it after closing.Lurkers FYI: It's disclosed ahead of time, at the very start of the escrow process, what the lender's intent is.

., and @Bill S.In my area people will pay more for their own laundry in the unit.We are a college town as well so a lot of those students will rent a house together with the intent of splitting costs, but also to have private laundry. its harder to study in a laundry mat, then your own bedroom will you laundry is going in the other room.My personal opinion is, the more convenient those things are to the tenant, the longer they stay, and the lower your vacancy.
