Most of us landlords are concerned about our tenants not being able to make rent due to the “stay at home orders” and service/hospitality/entertainment/etc. industry lay offs.

What other industry is allowed to underperform so grossly and get away with it??! 

AND SOME are doing better than ever(retail/grocer). that's just a normal cycle. 5) Most towns in america don't rely on the tech industry so we generally don't care how they feel about anything.

Do you have any experience in the hospitality industry?

Large venues like baseball stadiums,concerts,etc. likely 1 year out or more before testing large groups like that.I still believe in the retail industry.

It will be interesting to know what is happening in our industry in real time.
