I want buy the land cash and get a loan to develop upon it.   

I'm still relatively new to being a landlord, so I'm looking for what is customary language in tenant leases.I've recently purchased a property with a tenant and am developing a new lease for that tenant.

If you're unsure about being a landlord then don't become one.People are always apprehensive about capital gains taxes but taxes in the US are the lowest in the developed world.

I have some properties of Seneca street and the housing prices are increasing but I’m not seeing much growth in the area as far as new business, development, etc. what’s your input on that?
