When Covid goes away that trend will weaken significantly and most of humanity will go back to working and living the old fashioned way and cities will continue to grow. 9-11 did not kill New York - although I know in the early day’s post the attacks there were a lot of articles about how NYC will empty out.

That’s human nature unfortunately.  

You need to read up on the Human Rights Code as well as one wrong word could get you into thousands of dollars worth of trouble. 

Implicit in any human relationship should be a hint of quid pro quo.

In a way it's just human nature to doubt anything that's either new to you, runs against your training/experience or "sounds too good to be true".Most of the folks around you won't share your enthusiasm.

How we behave during these processes defines who we are as human beings.

Be loyal to them--do all your banking there, go into the bank in person whenever humanly possible so they get to know you personally, etc.
