How easy would it be to get out of it or get tenants.I would be nervous also if I didnt have the cash reserves to handle it.

I used this for when I looked here in Chicago and Found an attorney that makes my life 10x easier with communication with the title company, receiving documents and forwarding documents plus all the emails they handle.

- If you need a tenant in ASAP, then it would probably be better to have a GC handle the project quickly.

We handle acquisition, construction and sale of fix and flips and they just fund.

If you're in the market for an agent, Aaron was also my agent on the last two small multifamilies and there's no way I would have been able to handle those remotely without his help.

If you're licensed as an agent, the profit increases as you can handle much of the workload yourself and cut the expenses of selling.

Would also be a good idea to get a good handle on the condition of the roof and pool.  

I was looking to use LegalZoom to handle all of the paperwork and filing of a new business but want to make sure I'm going the right route.
