I look forward to getting to know many more people with my time on here for the foreseeable future!  

That demand along with conventions, sports teams, eSports, population growth and a lot of other things going on there right now is making me very optimistic about Vegas' future prospects.

The seller could do something, or not do something, that hurts your deal in future.

I've decided to refocus my efforts into something that is more physical, hands on, and a potential future career for myself & family.

If they are good reasonable tenants they will not make it a big deal....if they make it a big deal, and dig in their heels, then you know what the future holds and you live with the mistake.

Hopefully this little piece of information will help someone avoid a crippling future expense.Thanks Gary

Since you now know it’s been reported and they have told you it exists you must disclose whatever you do know even if you haven’t seen or experienced it yourself to any future tenants or buyers. 

I've learned a lot from this experience and have a better idea of what kinds of things to look for in the future.
