Maybe the best strategy is to make as much money as possible while simultaneously taking the biggest bite out of life as humanly possible, while we still have the freedom and natural resources to do so.  

One is being able to retire and having a freedom of choice in multiple aspect of my life. 

FREEDOM AIN'T FREE!

I want to make a career out of real estate investing until I reach the point where I may retire early and enjoy freedom with passive income.

A little back round on me , unfortunately I'm currently in a position when school isn't an option (both my parents don't work, I pay rent,food,bills,etc etc ) at 22 and currently working a dead end job at a pizzeria isn't going to get me the financial freedom I desire so bad.

Oh, and the "why" - because I worked my *** off for several years in REI to reach financial freedom, so I'm enjoying the freedom. 

I don't really have an opinion other than I have heard they really have good cash flowmy freedom number is about 10k a month so I would need 40 or 50 $200 doors.

As much as I enjoy protecting and serving the great citizens of the State of Texas, I've come to the realization that I will never truly experience financial freedom and personal wealth unless I take a chance at real estate.
