It comes down to the numbers anyway in the beginning - you don't have to physically see the interior initially- would be best if there are photographs of the interior on real estate platform so you can gauge the interior condition and possible cost exposures once you take ownership - after you Offer and get the contingent contract you have your window for the Home Inspector to take a look - your entitled to that inspection so if the Owner/Seller isn't cooperating or instructing the Tenant to cooperate accordingly then probably best to move on to the next Deal

Again, I don't do any marketing, but when people find my online content they know I'm the realest deal that has ever existed and they just can't resist being part of it ;) ;) ;) There are many different approaches to digital content production but not participating in social exposure of any kind is a mistake....unless you thing this internet fad is going to go away or slow down?

I would take pictures of the mold, and speak with the landlord and show her the pictures and even consult with an attorney, especially since I am not sure what the long term health effect of mold exposure.
