Selling my Lot thru a wholesaler

I'm selling a lot in an upscale location of NJ. Recently I was approached by a wholesaler who is interested in selling the property on my behalf. He wants to place it under contract for 90 days. I think that's a little long. What's a typical time period that most people agree to? 

Can anyone make any suggestions?
