Excuse the yard, this was taken during a bad drought in Texas a few years ago. 

Of course I excuse myself saying I don't see the value but I'm still thinking how they made $200,000-300,000 in sales. 

I did write up my 2014 but its late and I'm using that as an excuse to not assess myself.That being said, I've had some positive movement this year.

Now I have better excuse for my mistakes in English. lol

I can't tell if this is a joke or not, so excuse me if you're all kidding and I missed it.But, if anyone actually believes that their property gets rented or bought based on the toilet seat being up or down, I really don't know what to say.  

They tend to lose interest pretty quickly and then they see someone they know or excuse themselves to get a drink or something.

Is it because you "think" it is a good deal, because you did not have the motivation to hunt for the right financing, or is it because you have not overcome your "paralysis" and are afraid to move forward and wish to use the financing issue as an excuse?
