Can someone explain to me about buying a HUD Home for a $1.00, I saw that at the site but I can not find any explaination for it except that if a home is listed on the site for a certain amount of time HUD will sell if for a $1.00, thats about all I can find, of course I am sure its a home that is either to small or is in need of some serious TLC, but can someone care to eloborate please?

I can't give you any advice on this type of investment except to say most communities are limiting or eliminating man camp style housing.
