You must leave enough room for the buyer or you have not got a deal.I don't know Michael's techniques (other than he is one hell of a yellow letter marketer) but it seems to me that if you could find a good deal with room in it, all you need is a buyers list to sell that deal to.

So, being familiar with both of these techniques is probably your best bet.In terms of assigning a contract being illegal, the legality of assigning of contract is based on contract law, and I'd be very surprised if assigning a contract were illegal in any state.

Many times this could also mean that you are working in remote markets and never meeting personally with any buyers or sellers.The marketing can be both offline and online.I have not seen Duncan Wierman's course so I cannot comment on its content but I will make a comment about courses in general.Most of them will tend to bury you in so many techniques so that you can feel good knowing that you are getting a lot of "bulk".
