Many of the wholesalers, I have found, don't even have a contract - they are just testing the market. 

If you suspect  black mold have it tested.

Unless the front door of an apartment must be accessed via gate, which may indicate it is not a "public place" (which is believe doesn't pass the smell test) etc., the law does not change and it's been settled by the Supremes for decades. 

If money equaled happiness in an uncomplicated balanced equation, then why do they so often take just a whole pharmacy worth of very expensive drugs just to feel better about themselves and escape their reality?

Have the soil tested- grow sunflowers- test it again after harvesting.

Walgreens definitely does, but it’s probably just for the non-drug-related sales they churn out of there (unless it’s a former Kerr Drug or similarly acquired chain). 

Keep in mind real estate investing is a long slow process...it takes a life time for many esspically in Canada.Time to test your resolve.

Many people are working from home, so I'm curious to see if businesses will shift to working from home.College Students - many are hating online classes, as it doesn't provide the benefits and education necessary for major subjects (Ex: Doing labs and testing).
