I spend everything I earn!

Hi everyone. My name is Ardin. I’m 37, originally from Ireland, and I live close to Toronto, Canada. I earn a lot of money (to me) from a software and publishing business I’ve built up over the past few years. The problem is apart from the business, I have not invested a penny. I have nothing to show for my work other than nice cars, Gucci clothing etc. I have not purchased a house as it’s never felt like a huge priority and I will only have two years of tax records in Canada this year, meaning my bank wanted me to wait anyway. I love the idea of real estate investing and I hope I can learn enough to get started on the right track here with you good people! Also, I just read Rich Dad Poor Dad!
