I have looked at some properties here, but as an American, the credit requirements are hard to meet, so I imagine you'll experience similar difficulties.

I did have some difficulty finding lenders to start.

Hi @Brian Serina, I'm interested in commercial investments but was always scared because they usually come with a large price tag which means larger down payment and difficulty getting a loan.

I have heard some people have no problem getting permits to build for their vacant land, and others have had great difficulty.

I'm having difficulty with the money machine concept however.

I've also had business failures that I'm grateful for, despite their difficulty. 

Also, it’s in the same format for every county so it takes the guessing and difficulty out of scrubbing the data once you download it.

My personal opinion is that small multifamilies provide significantly better cash flow than single families, but at the costs of lower quality tenants and higher turnover, and much more difficulty liquidating (no real estate asset is more liquid than a 3-4 bed / 1-2 bath single family home).Happy investing,Troy
