Wholesale lawyer that can do a pass through close in CT?

Hi,

I’m looking for a lawyer who can help me close on a wholesale commercial deal. Ideally one that can do a pass through close and utilize the funds from transaction B-C for closing A-B 

Does anyone have any good recommendations?


I’d seriously appreciate it
