I have set up Zillow alerts for certain areas and when I see new properties come on the market, I analyze them (there are some good videos on BP on how to do this).

Applicant 2 Woman and 3 year old ,  loves the apartment,  period details etc,  two days later says she doesn't want to be in a building with lead (ok by why are you looking at something built in the 1800s?)

If your numbers are aggressive, and you're looking for B property, it's unlikely you will find those, using a traditional agent, in Dallas.So, there's a lot of detail you need to fill in, before anyone can do anything more than simply suggest a market you might want to check out.
