Every municipality is different for permits, If you've got something locked in contract I'd go down to the construction office and ask them for a list of required permits and their associated costs.

@Achraf El ChurafaMy experiences have been: When the deed is recorded, the Recorder's Office typically asks for the HUD-1 (or purchase agreement for properties transferred outside of escrow).
