Size can make a difference, number of bedrooms, price, paint color lol so many factors. 

Honestly in a grainy bad picture of a dark basement you cannot tell difference between a 40 gallon and a 75 gallon water heater.

Expect the first apartment turnovers to be expensive, but once you've standardized your paint colors and "hardened" the unit for the next tenants you will find it much easier.

A more balanced approach could see us through these dark times with minimized loss to society.
