Hi Everyone,I recently got a promotion at work that allows me to live remotely in any part of the country.

I would imagine both of those would be a positive response in most of the country but having 4 separate single family homes on the same plat of land would be pretty challenging.Hope all of that makes sense.

While I value the insight, I would like to think she'd be more proactive and offer up options, instead of having us select properties online which she then continuously crosses off the list.

It is crazy expensive here with no signs of slowing down (SD appreciates 6.94% per year on average which is higher than the majority of markets around the country).I personally like the idea of purchasing a low down payment personal residence as a first investment, that way you have more control of what happens.

The properties that I had originally comped were in a completely different neighborhood, not very far but nonetheless different neighborhood and crossed a blvd.
