Most REOs I go into usually have most of the copper missing.Asbestos siding can be covered with cheap vinyl siding, but expensive to remove.

They needed to squeeze every penny out of everything so they could live that image.

However like Jay mentioned, I wouldn't even consider this guy getting another penny.

So not only are they playing catch up from that, we have also seen a lot of appreciation, and the new policy seems to be they want to capture every penny of it.

It's the thin line between retiring comfortably and not having to worry about whether our pensions will be enough to cover our living expenses or spending the rest of our lives counting pennies and worrying about getting sick or ending up in the hospital.  

Major names, like Macy's, JC Penny's Sears, Kmart, Barnes & Nobles are closing store by the hundreds, if not completely.
