What if he is a child molestor or has drug convictions or evictions on his record.

Hi all,A little background since there is a lot going on here: -My parents recently bought a duplex and my grandparents are moving into one side as their house is too large for them to take care of at their age.

I do see that if a parent co-signs on a student loan, the child has to be a dependent of the parent in order for the parent to  be able to deduct the interest.  

We're working on getting our second buy and hold property in Allentown, PA rented and are finding it harder getting applications in.
