In oklahoma I’ve had loans without my wife on them and vice versa… here we are automatically both on title but not being both on the loan has had its advantages.

Listings sites have a filtering system to automatically "push down" older listings so people always see the newest listings.

So our offer only ended up being 5th of the 10 offers and the seller went for the first bid and put the second as an automatic back up.
