(You don't have a location so I couldn't check) It almost sounds like you aren't licensed as a real estate salesperson or broker and maybe the role is more of assisting a licensee? 

I'm working on paying off home loan within the next 5 years so i can begin BRRRRing propeties with a HELOC for CashFlow.I'm in a Constuctions union, I'm also a NY State Licensed Real Estate Sales Agent, and I just recently became a NY State Licensed Real Estate Apprasier "Assistant".I purchased my home in the Rockaway Beach area not only because I found a property that met the criteria to House Hack, but also because the market here seemed to be on a path to growth.

I had someone who was local (while I was on deployment) assist with vetting the new tenant and it worked out well.

I was a sort of assistant to a listing agent and also a transaction coordinator.

Can someone please explain paying back the DPA at closing through seller's credit or concession/proceeds??! Ive tried to wrap my head around it but it just isnt clear enough for me to move foward.
