Once you see fraudulent accounts you report them to the companies and the credit bureaus and it is addressed fairly quickly.I have had applicants with horrible credit try and hide behind the ID theft mask.

Now, I haven't even read their application yet, but he did mention he would have to give 30 days notice to his current landlord, if accepted.Let's say I do end up going with this guy, who obviously can't move in for another 30 days:When would we sign the lease?

Today they gave me a form from the court saying they contest my application and quoted their reason as:'We tried to pay the landlord the rent but she refused to accept our money'.Their claim is pretty waffery and I think they could have been more creative and said a unicorn stole their rent money or something.Next week I am going back to the courthouse to apply for an eviction order.
