Here again was a classic case of the owner not wanting to raise the rents because they were afraid they would have to do repairs, and the tenants not complaining about the property because they knew the rents were very low.

As I write this, I am considering calling the seminar company and getting my money back, as I am not afraid of doing "hard work" to find this information and would rather save my $2k for investing in RE rather than putting it into other people's pockets mostly for the sake of them getting richer.

What im afraid of is that the bank will appraise this property for alot lower then the asking price and them i will have to pay the difference which i dont think ill have.
