Good Evening, I am currently going into my second year of college for accounting at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville, Florida.I have been job searching for a couple of months now and I was wondering what are some jobs or opportunities I should look into that can give me the ability to increase my income and can give me experience that will help me as a real estate investor in college.

I have been eyeing Tacoma, Steilacoom, University Place, and Fircrest. 

I hold a degree in Political Science from DePaul University and shifted career paths to engineering shortly after coming to the conclusion law school wasn’t meant for me.

I don't anticipate needed to sell the position, but if I needed the cash out can I sell to any accredited investor, or does the sale have to through the syndicator?

That being said, Kingston is more than just universities and prisons, and your ability to value-add (especially with a third unit) sound promising.  

University campuses can be undercapitalized with student housing resulting in high dorm cost.

It is a duplex that is located close to downtown and close to the university in a low income area.

Or does anyone have other advice for someone trying to employ this strategy near the University?

Local Community based Credit Unions, some even University specific might be better bets!

Until her kid would go to the university in the same city.
