Walking distance to a major university hospital.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I already applied to a community college and I am interested in degrees for transfer to San Diego State University.

My background: I recently graduated from Texas A&M University with my degree in finance and real estate, I work in investment management in downtown, and I am looking to invest some capital in real estate to diversify out of my equity holdings. 

Funny that the "how-to write a new member post" used Lawrence, KS. as a location ( I attended and graduated from Kansas University located in Lawrence)…. 

The property is located within 5 minutes of many shops and a major grocery store and walking distance from a University here.

I have a property that I will be listing in University City with 4 bedrooms.

Awesome town, popular Main Street, and right next to Rowan University, which expands by the second.

Hi guys,My name is Matt and I am currently a Junior at Quinnipiac University and an aspiring CPA.

I am looking at a new build community that is located less than 2 miles from a major public university (22,000 undergrads). 

I have completed a one year course in university and will be moving onto a 4 year course next year in Cyber Security.
