I bought some new construction rental houses with those.. and I HIGHLY recommend them.. but I think that was a fad from 15 years ago.. if your looking to retail I would get feedback from very good retail brokers who will help with what your AREA thinks is hot and trendy.. keep in mind this is all highly regional whats neat and common in Indy is not in Charleston and LA is different than the Pac Nor West.. etc etc.
