Looking for title closing agent & home inspector Gainesville, FL

Hey guys! It's been a while since I've posted on here and I need help. 

I'm currently handling a deal in Gainesville, FL, representing the buyers, however I'm not so familiar with the area since I mostly handle deals in the Southeast, FL region. Can anyone recommend a good title closing agency & a general home inspection company that will not charge my clients an arm and a leg for a residential home inspection?

Any suggestions would be great!
