Very exciting.We're located in Mass and do some buy and hold and rehabs in Southern New Hampshire but I am unfamiliar with the Northern NH market.We're always looking for opportunities, though.  

Would definitely consider other Southern areas as long as there's a team in place that works!

This is why it's a popular place to invest in for people that live in expensive cities in Southern CA, it's a short drive away and the rental numbers out here are much better.

I tried the prequalify route but it's pittance compared to what it takes to actually buy something in Southern California.

Hey BPLooking for a local drafter and/or Architect for a SFR in the that works in Long Beach Area or has done work in Southern California.  

Margins are slim here but prices in general are much lower per property on average than Southern California so at least here there is a way lower barrier to entry.
