The point is, properties which pay me every month show a net loss on taxes.I'm very well-read in real estate taxes and the software makes it quite difficult for you to make a mistake as long as you answer the questions in detail and know would each of the terms mean.

Many years later, I now wish to use online tax software, but it will explode out each half unit as its own property (as it should have been originally).

We have also implemented management software and several other systems to make the operation more efficient.

I’m looking a software or website where you’re able to input filters such: Net migration, Household Income, Ave Home Price, etc. and it will kick out zip codes to focus in on. 

I'm a software engineer (programmer) and a  newbie in REI. 

What software does everyone use to manage their properties?

Though I haven't tried Big Time Property Management Software to see if it will handle such a percentage.
