Hello everyone 

I am new to BP and this is also my first post. I have been reading a lot of posts and I must say this page is very informative.

I am looking a software or an excel file that can help me in tracking monthly rental and expenses report?

I would really appreciate it if you guys can give me some recommendation on this.
