This month's meeting was postponed until next week on the 18th because we have a guest speaker, John mccants will be teaching a three day workshop on buying houses at foreclosure auctions starting Thursday February 18th at 6:30 p.m. until about 9 p.m. then on Friday we will be going to the foreclosure auctions at the Spokane courthouse that will run from about 8 am until noon, then the final day is Saturday from 9 a.m. until noon.

I paid him interest only payments for 18 until I was finally able to refinance and remove him from the deed.

I told her she needed to move there and take over.. she did that it took her 6 years to get it under control and back up to the point she could sell it and just about break even... she HAD to live in Oaklahoma city :( not what most NW folks want to do.. she finally sold it bought a nice 5 cap 20 unit in PDX and a condo in Maui and is quite happy with no management issue that is the west coast.My other associate.. calls me one day..

In all the transactions i have been through with buyers (probably 500+) i have never seen a mitigation company do the testing, in our market, its always a home inspector, and them we call whoever we want to get the mitigation done and the mitigator will do the final test, or you can pay the home inspector to retest.
