Just seeing who requires new owners/landlords to provide their financial documentation upon signing a management agreement?

This is for vacant land located in Tampa, Fl.

This building was built and 1924 and has a lot of old character.

@James Wise When reading his reply, my interpretation is that he is not providing "property management", in his opinion.

But since MTR became popular especially in Vegas we just went to our broker who placed the tenant for a lease fee and its worked great.. its a nice way to go this MTR..
