I do epoxy floors and concrete polishing (Full Mechanical) and  I tell people all the time that the coating I put down is only as good as the surface it is applied to.

You can ask the tenant to provide you with a copy of the police report as evidence.If there is evidence of domestic violence or a threat to the tenant, you MUST release her from liability.If the guy has not moved out yet, you should hit him with an eviction notice.

Its a pain in the butt, but just keep calling the police and fixing everything.

Unless you’re one of the ones partying hard and running away from the hundreds of police officers, it’s just not that much fun to be in that atmosphere.
