Depending on the area and sellers motivation you should be able to pick this home up for a relatively inexpensive price.

The rest of it you can probably pick out on your own.

Norristown might be a bit more expensive...but you'll be able to sleep a bit easier (again assuming you pick the right neighborhoods). 

Fast forward a few months and I just picked up that old book called Rich Dad Poor Dad because honestly I was just getting tired of eBay, I know I can do greater things.

Is that the event where you picked it up?

So I picked up another end buyer in that area.

Perhaps pick a target market of people to mail to that is small enough to consistently mail to for several months with your budget.

@Emmett DempseyAwesome Forum Emmett,You said there are deals to be made ,here in south Florida, if people take action to find them and you are 100% right.At the auctions you can find great deals but there is a ton of competition.Many fewer people are driving neighborhoods, talking to neighbors, farming specific areas and looking for deals.There are many great ways to get deals and its impossible to be the best at all of them so what has worked well for me is to pick 1 or 2 ways to acquire deals.
