Although some investors don't have LLCs so it would be difficult to tell if it's owned by a primary homeowner vs an investor.

I only have $2k down non-refundable earnest money.

Hey everyone, what do you think of land profit generator course, did anyvone have that course and do you recommend it?? 

If it was originated recently an option would be to have them refinance it - but if it’s a low interest rate then they will most likely want to keep itWhat does your operating agreement say about this?

Anyone have any suggestions? 

Also, be aware that if you are thinking of doing a BRRRR that maxing out your HELOC can have a negative impact on your credit score so when you go to do the refi you may potentially run into issues.

What do you guys suggest as must have, or most used tools?
