Hey All,Wondering if anyone has seen this out there in the last month or if anyone has a referral of any banks currently offering this loan option?

Hey, I'm brand new to real estate investing (I just bought my own home last month, no investment properties yet), but I'm in Vermont and want to get in to it.

I just spoke with Steve Lansbury VP of underwriting at Freddie Mac last Thursday at the MFE conference in Vegas and he said that they no longer have issues with STRs as long as it's under 10% of total units and that they would be willing to discuss it on a case by case basis.
