When a bank sells the loan, there are very specific requirements all the loans in the package (how they sell in bulk) have to meet.  

Walmart, Office Depot, and Office Max sell packages for your needs.

My broker uses some package, that I have a "fill only" freeware version.

Many go to these seminars buying expensive education packages lead to more buying packages is never ending.

I am working on several rental property packages that could be wholesale (as-is) or turnkey.  

They were marketing pieces designed to get you interested in wholesaling so that you buy whatever training package the author has to offer. 

Then you wait, and wait, and wait and then you'll get an email with an opening package which you fill out and send back.
