It is currently about 20k without any reimbursement but I have checked and I definately qualify for it so I will definately be taking advantage of that.I also have opened a secured card through the bank I work at a couple months ago since I don't qualify for a regular credit card yet unfortunately (I've tried applying for a few of the lowest limit cards but have been denied by them all its so irritating and the reason every time is insufficient credit!!)

In such a case, if the written lease contains a clause stating that all lease provisions continue to apply after the written leaseexpires and the tenant stays on with amonth-to-month lease, then the rights and responsibilities of each party, as defined by the expired written lease, remain in effect.With any month-to-month lease, the landlord can raise the rent, change or terminate the agreement at the end of each month,with proper written notice to the tenant.
