I feel even though they did spend ~6 hours between the two plumbers, that a competent plumber would have got that drained cleared via the roof in less then 1.5 hours.

Hi @Johnny Lau, I went down a similar path to you whereby I built up a portfolio of SFH’s and subsequently moved to multifamily syndication, firstly as a LP and subsequently as a GP.I think that the SFH’s are a great way to get started and to see the power of real estate as a means by which to generate wealth via cash flow, equity upside and tax benefits.

Anyhow I think I have found my "guy" however he has never actually collected rents into his account then dispersed payments for owners, his situations were to have the money go directly into the owners account via online payments or they are his properties and collects rents for himself, this market is slightly different and I have a hard time getting people signed up online and with the amount of units I think it is a better idea for him to collect rent into his account then disperse.

I asked her what 'other issues' need to be addressed and she responded by accusing me of being 'verbally abusive' with my 'tone' (via text conversation) and that I was inappropriately 'badgering' her to tell me *now* what she wanted to discuss requiring a house meeting.
