I think Boise provides a unique opportunity to invest in multifamily or repurpose existing single family being that in my opinion it is primarily a relocation market with prices being driven up from wealthy people from other areas and not an increase high paying jobs.

As a suggestion, the best way to find a great property manager is through networking.In this economy nearly all of the real estate agencies have a property management division but their quality is par.If you find a property management and investment group that rehabs, holds, and manages, in your area you will likely get much better service.
