You have to have a HUD registered agent submit your bid anyway, you can't just do it yourself.You can always submit another offer the next day, you don't get 'struck off' for making a lowball offer or anything like that.I'm no rehab expert, but I don't think your rehab estimate is overly conservative at all.

Please share because what I experienced today was unbelievable.So I made a couple of calls to local hard money lenders as I was interested in getting a pre-qualification letter to submit with my offers, and all of them seemed nice, cooperative and helpful until I ran into Capital Concepts and Blake Yarborough.I spoke with a lady at Capital Concepts' office and she seemed nice.
